5 Safety Features Disclaimer

User-generated content (catches, photos, comments) remains owned by you. By posting it, you grant TrueNorthAngler Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it within the Service.

8 Subscription & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests are subject to the respective platform's refund policy. TrueNorthAngler Inc. has no control over App Store or Play Store billing decisions.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period via your App Store or Google Play account settings.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrueNorthAngler Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
